Atlas AI (atlas-ai.io) is a private legal AI platform purpose-built for law firms and in-house legal teams. It provides contract review, document analysis, legal research, and enterprise search capabilities, all deployable on the firm's own infrastructure or as a managed cloud with equivalent privacy guarantees. Client data stays within the firm's perimeter and document-level permissions are enforced throughout. The platform is built around a per-tenant knowledge graph that continuously ingests and curates content from sources including iManage, NetDocuments, SharePoint, OneDrive, email, and network shares. Every matter, clause, party, and precedent is indexed and queryable through a hybrid search that combines graph, vector, and ACL-aware retrieval in a single query. Ingestion agents run continuously in plain English, keeping the graph current without manual maintenance. Atlas AI supports multiple leading LLMs — including Claude Opus, GPT-5, GPT-4.1, and Llama/Mistral variants — which can be selected per matter or per sensitivity class. REST APIs, a Python SDK, and MCP integration allow legal engineering teams to build custom agents, workflows, and dashboards on top of the platform using tools they already use. The platform introduced Atlas Singularity, an upgrade that unifies firm-learned drafting with outcome- and precedent-aware research, letting attorneys write in their own terms while automatically surfacing analogous matters and controlling precedents inside familiar tools. An iManage agent indexing integration was on the roadmap for July 2026. Security features include SAML SSO, audit logs, IP allow-listing, and data lifecycle management.
