AI for you is not a big question mark, it's inevitable, the way we'll use it at scale to build gigantic businesses is the question mark you'll push to answer.
What you'll do:
Help our customers win in an unreasonably successful way by being their number one person for making their autonomous company set up successfull. That means talking to customers, setting up agents for success, and if making the customer successful means you need to spin up 8 parallel agents to find the root of a bug, you can. You're not limited by your job title. You're an absolute beast.
Some things you're likely good at:
- solving the type of problems most people around you walk away from
- having a generalist first principles view on things
- working with claude code, o-mega or any other powerful AI of choice
- keeping up with a fast changing world
- working in tiny team where things truly depend on you
- building or improving things
You're probably pretty naive but in a way that makes you learn harder.
