About ABN Amro

ABN AMRO's developer portal (developer.abnamro.com) exposes a set of open banking APIs under PSD2 regulation, covering account information, payment initiation, FX trading, and the Tikkie payment-request platform. The portal was redesigned in February 2026. APIs are aimed at third-party payment service providers (TPPs), fintech developers, and corporate clients building cash management or payment integrations on top of ABN AMRO accounts. Authentication uses OAuth 2.0 with both authorization code and client credentials flows.
