Decision Journal is a mobile app (iOS and Android) from Codex Solutions International designed to help individuals improve their decision-making over time. Users record decisions as they make them, schedule future review dates, then revisit and score outcomes against their original expectations. The app provides an analytics view showing overall performance scores, scores by tag/category, and trends over time. It is aimed at individuals who want to reduce cognitive bias and build a structured, retrospective practice around important choices.
