About Nordigen

Nordigen was acquired by GoCardless in 2022 and rebranded as GoCardless Bank Account Data in April 2023. The API enables developers and businesses to connect to users' bank accounts across the European Economic Area under PSD2 regulation, retrieving account holder details, IBANs, balances, and up to 24 months of transaction history. It is used for financial data aggregation, account verification, credit scoring, and open banking applications. GoCardless operates as a licensed Account Information Service Provider (AISP).
